- Our wedding gowns run from $1300-$3500 in sizes 6-32. Depending on the season, we may have sample gowns marked at a deeper discount. Our average price is $1700-$2200.
- How can I tell what dresses you have in the store?
- All the dresses shown on our website with the black label “In Store!” is a piece we have in the store. Under the images, click the tab that says “Items Available Now” and it will list the size / color of the dress.

- What types of payment do you accept?
- All major credit cards, cash, cashier’s checks, and money orders. We will only accept personal checks for an initial deposit and wait until the check clears before placing the order with the manufacturer. A 50% deposit is required to place a special order. Layaway plans are available for gowns purchased from our collection.

- What is a sample sale?
- A sample sale is when we sell our sample gowns right off the floor at a discounted price, anywhere from 30%-70% off.

- What is a “Trunk Show”?
- It's a collection of dresses or accessories that we don't have in our inventory and is sent to us for a limited period of time. Basically, we have more gowns than normal and there's usually a discount on them too!

- What is your return policy?
- Because of the special nature of our products, there are no returns or exchanges on items purchased in-store, online or placed on layaway. All Sales are Final.

- What all products and services do you offer?
- We sell bridal gowns, bridesmaids’ dresses, flower girl dresses, mothers’ dresses, rehearsal dinner / engagement party / reception dresses, prom / homecoming / pageant dresses, and social occasion dresses. We rent traditional tuxedos, modern tuxes, and suits. We also offer veils, headpieces, jewelry, belts / sashes, jackets / sleeves, and a variety of menswear accessories. On the service side, we offer appointments with Expert Bridal Stylist, VIP Appointments, alterations, gown pressing, and gown preservation.
- What should I expect at my bridal appointment?

- Do I need an appointment?
- Yes! Even if you are just picking something up or want to browse, we would like to know you are coming so we can prepare things for you!

- What/Who should I bring to my appointment?
- Please feel free to bring inspiration photos as well as any undergarments or shoes you may want to wear on your big day. We welcome brides to bring a small supportive team of people whose opinion you value most. Due to the size of our space and building code regulations, we limit each bride to 4 guests . We also offer VIP after-hours appointments if you would like to share your YES moment with a larger group!

- Unfortunately, no. We LOVE champagne, but we want you to make fully informed decisions when you are in our store. Luckily, there are tons of great bars and restaurants located in downtown New Braunfels where you can celebrate after your appointment!

- Why does it cost $30 to try on wedding dresses on Fridays and Saturdays?
- Last minute cancellations and no-shows have made it difficult for us to staff our store appropriately on Fridays and Saturdays. Our stylists are AMAZING and we require an appointment fee out of respect for their time. The $30 appointment fee is applied to any wedding dress purchase made within 60 days of your appointment. (Sorry, the appointment fee cannot be applied to any Accessory, Mothers, Bridesmaid or Tuxedo purchase.) We value transparency and we provide as much information as possible about our collection, pricing, and services so brides can make an informed decision about choosing to shop with us. You can request a complimentary bridal appointment Monday through Thursday.
- Can I look through the bridal gowns myself?
- Yes and no. At your appointment, your stylist will pull dresses for you based on your preferences...which makes for a very relaxing and efficient appointment. But we know that brides want to see all their options too, so we have our inventory online for you to browse through prior to coming in. You can even send us a wish list through our website of dresses that stand out.

- Absolutely! We also have WiFi if you want to Skype/FaceTime with someone important who couldn't make it.

- How many appointments does it generally take to find your wedding gown?
- Surprisingly, many brides find their gown during their first appointment! But you are always welcome to come back for a second appointment if you need some extra time to make your decision. Each bridal appointment after the second appointment will cost $30.
- Do I tip my stylist?
- Tips are not expected, but are certainly appreciated. Tipping your stylist lets them know that you enjoyed your time with them. Just to be clear, this tip is not baked in to their regular pay - it's a little bonus that goes directly to them.

- Bring it back to us. We can send it out to be expertly preserved so you can keep it forever! Gown Preservation costs $250 when you purchase your gown from Celebrations (regularly $300) and takes 6-8 weeks.

- Full price gown purchases come with lots of great goodies: a breathable garment bag, a personalized hanger, a complimentary bottle of sparkling rose from our friends at Water 2 Wine, and one complimentary gown pressing. Also, we are happy to provide all of our customers with the support of a bridal stylist during their alterations appointments, discounts on bridesmaids dresses, mothers dresses, and veils, and optional gown storage ($25/month or $100/year). Please understand that we are unable to provide all of these "perks" on sale gown purchases. "Perks packages" are now available for an additional charge of $100.

- No need to come in! All we need is the order form complete with your professional measurements and we can place your order over the phone with a credit card!

- Why do all the bridesmaids dresses need to be ordered at the same time?
- When bridesmaids dresses are being made, they will cut all fabric for each wedding party off the same bolt to make sure the color is an absolute exact match – this prevents “Dye Lot Variation”. We also place the order at the same time to ensure that all the dresses are shipped together and we can help the bride to make sure all bridesmaids have actually placed their orders.

- What is the tuxedo ordering process?
- Once the happy couple have agreed upon the tux / suit they will register for, each individual will need to either come in to get measured and try on samples or get professionally measured. We do require a $60 partial payment as well. When it’s time to pick up, you can try it on to make sure the tux fits perfectly and pay the remainder of the balance. The tux is due back to the shop by 5:30PM on the following Monday.

- We document in multiple places which dresses have been purchased for which schools. The “Celebrations Prom Promise” is that we will never sell your dress in the same color to another girl from your school!

- Yes! Our hassle-free Layaway Program is an easy way to get the dress of your dreams! We ask for half of the purchase price down as initial payment when putting a dress on layaway and you will have 30 days to pay it off.
